Rayanne Benya- Owner
Rayanne Benya is a Certified Staging Professional (CSP), Certified Color Consultant, and the Owner of Newton Grove Home Staging & Design. She was raised in Howard County, Maryland, and graduated Cum Laude from Towson University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Marketing.
Real Estate has been the family business for two generations, which made it a natural transition for Rayanne to focus on the design aspects of properties to get them market ready for top dollar. She is excited to leverage her Design, Marketing, and Demographic Analysis skills to transform your space into an elegant narrative that attracts your specific target buyers. Previously, Rayanne was a financial services professional with New York Life and NYLIFE Securities, and has been a dedicated financial partner to individuals, families, and small business owners. She collaborated with them in building road maps to protect their current interests while accumulating and preserving their wealth. Rayanne also spent 8 years partnering with global companies, helping them to increase revenue, customer retention, and expand their Marketing footprint.
In her spare time, Rayanne enjoys spending time with husband Jonathan, playing with their three rescue dogs, cooking amazing Italian dishes, and practicing yoga.
